Refund Policy
At Radial Posters, we take pride in the quality of our printed posters and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you believe there is a problem with your order, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
Eligibility
If you receive a poster that is damaged during transit or is incorrect (for example wrong size or print), please contact us at support@radialposters.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage or error, and any other relevant information.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the poster has been used, mounted, framed, or altered by you in some way after delivery.
Refund & Replacement
Once we receive your claim and approve it, we will either:

Provide a replacement poster at no additional cost; or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We aim to process approved refunds or replacements within 14 business days of our approval.
Non‑refundable Cases

Custom or personalised posters (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Posters returned without prior approval from us.

Customer‑error purchases (wrong size ordered, wrong selection etc) where the poster arrived in perfect condition.
Return Shipping
If we ask you to return the item, we will provide the return shipping instructions. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
International Orders
For orders shipped internationally, any import duties or customs fees paid by you are non‑refundable. The same eligibility rules apply for damage or incorrect items, regardless of shipping origin.
